알마타데마(Lawrence Alma-Tadema 1836-1912)
라파엘 전파(Pre-Raphaelites)인 알마타데마

라파엘 전파(Pre-Raphaelites)란 19세기 중반 영국에서 로제티, 헌트, 밀레이가 주도했던 유파로 그 이름은 르네상스의 화가 라파엘로 이전의 화풍으로 돌아가자는 주장에서 유래합니다. 네덜란드의 드론페이프에서 태어나 영국 빅토리아 왕조때 성공을 둔 화가입니다.
